Preserve the reported problem, assumptions, timeline, evidence, dead ends, turning points, cause, resolution, and lessons.

Analyst synthesis
Identify effective techniques, mistakes, diagnostic shortcuts, anti-patterns, principles, skill indicators, and complexity.

Boundary check
Keep reported facts separate from interpretation. Missing facts remain missing; plausible connective detail is not invented.

Editorial review
Check the complete structured record, source attribution, confidence, teaching value, and publication state.

Public export
Copy only approved, published cases into the static GitHub repository. Drafts and private operational state remain on Zo.
